Classical Pilates in Rockport Village
At Thrive Pilates, we offer tailored classical Pilates sessions in a cozy studio setting. Our small group classes and private training on the equipment focus on personalized guidance. Tower and Reformer classes have 3-5 participants, ensuring you receive ample individual attention.
Small Group Reformer
The Universal Reformer is perhaps the most well-known piece of Pilates equipment. These classes aim to build strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence. They are excellent for both beginners and long-time practitioners. The Reformer apparatus promotes length, strength, flexibility, and balance in an efficient small-group setting.
Small Group Tower
The Pilates Tower Class combines mat work with tower equipment, including arm springs, leg springs, a roll-down bar, and a push-through bar, providing a comprehensive and effective way to stabilize, align, and strengthen your body. This class is designed to leave you feeling strong, flexible, balanced, and rejuvenated.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are ideal for those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or returning to exercise after a long break. We customize each session to meet your specific needs, providing you with the confidence to transition to group classes at your own pace.. 1x1 sessions are currently limited. Danielle Poole is an excellent instructor, knowledgeable and very helpful, attuned to the individual student’s skill level, posture, and physical challenges. Each class features a varied flow of exercises that “work” different muscles so that in the course of a few weeks one feels that one’s body is more flexible and stronger overall. The classes fly by.
