
Classical Pilates in Rockport Village
At Thrive Pilates, we offer tailored classical Pilates sessions in a cozy studio setting. Our small group classes and private training on the equipment focus on personalized guidance. Tower and Reformer classes have 5-7 participants, ensuring you receive ample individual attention.
Small Group Reformer
The Universal Reformer is perhaps the most well-known piece of Pilates equipment. These classes aim to build strength, stamina, coordination, and confidence. They are excellent for both beginners and long-time practitioners. The Reformer apparatus promotes length, strength, flexibility, and balance in an efficient small-group setting.
Small Group Tower
The Pilates Tower Class combines mat work with tower equipment, including arm springs, leg springs, a roll-down bar, and a push-through bar, providing a comprehensive and effective way to stabilize, align, and strengthen your body. This class is designed to leave you feeling strong, flexible, balanced, and rejuvenated.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are ideal for those recovering from injuries, surgeries, or returning to exercise after a long break. We customize each session to meet your specific needs, providing you with the confidence to transition to group classes at your own pace. Email us directly to inquire.

Studio Policies
The client intake form must be completed prior to participation.
● Thrive Pilates is an open-format studio. At any time there may be more than one class or session in progress. The term “private lesson” refers to the 1:1 student-to-teacher ratio and does not guarantee sole use of any room.
● Pre-registration and prepayment is required for all classes. Due to limited space on the apparatus, we cannot accommodate walk-ins.
● We reserve the right to cancel a group class due to low attendance with 12 hours notice.
● All small group and private lessons are 50 minutes unless noted otherwise.
● Classes start and end on time. Regardless of arrival time, sessions will end on time.
● Please refrain from wearing strong scents or perfumes to class.
● Cell phones must be put away during class.
● No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
● ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. Please double-check your cart before purchase or email the studio for help if you are having trouble. We are not able to offer refunds.
Cancellation Policy
To change or cancel an appointment without charge, 24 hours notice is required for all private sessions and 12 hours notice is required for small group classes.
